My children were made to feel comfortable straight away by Charlotte's beaming smile and very friendly, chatty personality. The lighting and school props were on point and far nicer than typical school headshots. She arranged the framing which took the stress out of the process. Charlotte's attention to detail and attentive nature catches my children's personalities perfectly.
